Together, we help shape the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers...and we have fun doing it. **About the Role** As an Account Strategist, Mid-Market Sales, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, developing an understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. You will work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. Your primary goal will be to plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. * Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. * Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing goals. * Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. * Build an in-depth knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media. * Ability to travel 20% of the time. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling. * Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients. * Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in arenaflex Ads and other digital marketing platforms. * Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and ability to achieve goals to drive growth. * Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. * Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. * Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the arenaflex Customer Solutions team. * Access to training and development programs, including workshops, webinars, and online courses. * Opportunities to work with a diverse range of clients and internal stakeholders, with exposure to different industries and business models. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on innovation and customer success. **Work Environment and Company Culture** * arenaflex is a leader in innovative solutions, with a focus on customer success and innovation. * Our team is collaborative and dynamic, with a focus on innovation and customer success. * We offer a range of benefits, including competitive salary, bonus, equity, and benefits. * Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers, and we have fun doing it. **Compensation and Benefits** * The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$119,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits. * Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. * Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. * Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
