As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and make a real impact on our clients' lives. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant - Data Entry Specialist to join our QIC DME team in Bozeman, MT. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for a variety of data entry tasks, including entering data into computer programs, producing and maintaining data reports, and performing database queries. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy professional with a passion for data entry, we want to hear from you! **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Enter accurate and complete data into computer programs, including but not limited to, medical case files and Medicare Appeals systems * Produce and maintain data reports, including alerting management to inconsistencies or issues * Perform database queries to assist with analysis and report issues when necessary * Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness * Undertake special projects, providing periodic and consistent information to management for each phase of the assigned project * Perform audits of own work and/or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures * Assist in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing, including but not limited to data entry and records management * Provide assistance with decision notification, including mailing decision letters to all parties and faxing decision letters * Accurately update the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases * Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgment with confidential information * Determine if work assignments need supervisor intervention * Perform other duties as may be assigned by management **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required * 0-2 years of relevant experience required * Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred * Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred * Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working 3 years continuously **Home Office Requirements** * Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity) * Minimum 5mbps upload speed * Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router * Private work area and adequate power source * Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data entry software and systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong data entry skills, including accuracy and speed * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Experience with database management systems, including data analysis and reporting * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
