**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Administrative Clerk / Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in supporting the processing of medical claim reviews by professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Performing administrative tasks to assist with the processing of medical claim reviews
* Conducting word processing, data entry, faxing, and document review with attention to detail
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Days/Hours:**
* Full-time position with a variety of shifts available
* Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
* Tuesday – Saturday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
**Training Hours:**
* Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm for approximately the first 2-3 weeks
**Salary:**
* $16.20 per hour

**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong organizational and time management skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in the healthcare industry
* Familiarity with medical terminology and coding systems
* Certification in medical billing or coding (e.g., CPC, CMC)
* Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) or practice management systems (PMS)
