As a dynamic and growing organization, we prioritize top-tier expertise, professionalism, and exceeding customer expectations. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Afterhours Customer Care Representative & Account Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working weekends and nights (Central Standard Time - CST). As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
