**Job Summary**
As an Airline Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to international airlines and their passengers at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). You will have the opportunity to learn the behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport, rotate through various areas, and develop your skills in problem-solving, communication, and adaptability.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide outstanding service to international airlines and their passengers at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS)
* Learn the behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport, including check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas
* Rotate through various areas within the airport to gain a comprehensive understanding of airport operations
* Develop your skills in problem-solving, communication, and adaptability to ensure on-time performance and a safe and secure travel experience
* Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a seamless travel experience
* Enjoy the opportunity to professionally interact with high-profile passengers and develop your skills in customer service and communication
**Essential Qualifications**
* At least 18 years of age
* High school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
* Eligible to work in the United States
* English proficient, with other languages a plus
* Computer savvy
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to unforeseen situations
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and carry out duties in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
* Spanish speaking a plus
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
