Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through various channels, including calls, emails, and chat, providing accurate and timely information and assistance regarding flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by going the extra mile to exceed expectations, leveraging your knowledge of airline operations, policies, and procedures.
- Navigate through multiple computer systems efficiently, multitasking with ease to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and quality while working in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation environment.
Essential Qualifications
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is a must, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with Amadeus is a requirement, with a strong understanding of airline operations, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to work in shifts and weekends, as required in a 24/7 operation, with flexibility and adaptability.
- Legally eligible to work remotely from the United States, with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment.
