**Job Summary**
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading a team of hourly workforce and driving business results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance, while ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded. **Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**
* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth
* Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans and strategies to meet business objectives
* Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks and duties
* Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, working in an environment with variable noise levels and temperatures
* Work in an environment that's subject to variable temperatures and weather conditions, including outside loading departments
* Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)

**Estimated Salary and Benefits**
* Estimated salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a customer-facing or operational environment

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with variable noise levels and temperatures
* Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks and duties
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a customer-facing or operational environment, preferably in a logistics or delivery role
* Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, including OSHA regulations and guidelines
* Experience working with diverse teams and populations, including those with varying cultural, linguistic, and ability backgrounds
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to work in an environment with variable temperatures and weather conditions, including outside loading departments
