**Schedule and Work Environment**
As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with hours from 10:30am-7:00pm Eastern Time (7:30am-4:00pm Pacific Time). You'll be required to work overtime as needed to meet customer demands and support business needs. Our remote work environment allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your time effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
* Following standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for all orders
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, as per arenaflex specifications
* Understanding, interpreting, and explaining detailed information of processes and procedures
* Participating in continuous improvement activities and assisting with team and organizational projects as required
* Demonstrating flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environments
* Providing support beyond standard hours as needed, if call volume and/or workload require additional time
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A clear and concise manner of communication
* A desire to provide best-in-class customer service
* Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Associate's degree or higher
* At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience
* Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
* Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI
**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
* Starting rate of $17.23/hr, with opportunities for growth and advancement
