**Key Responsibilities**
As an Automotive Customer Service and Case Management Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound customer inquiries and documenting all interactions accurately
* Responding to escalated automotive-related product queries, ensuring timely resolutions
* Collaborating with dealerships, third-party partners, and field support teams to address customer concerns
* Utilizing standardized communication processes to enhance customer experiences and brand loyalty

**Essential Qualifications**

* Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers
* A passion for the automotive industry with a propensity for problem-solving, while always maintaining a pleasant and professional manner
**Preferred Qualifications**
