**Responsibilities**
As an Aviation Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Serving as a primary point of contact for customers and crew at the arenaflex Jet Center, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced business aviation environment.
* Assisting with scheduling aircraft arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with our team.
* Booking accommodations for flight crews and customers, including hotels and ground transportation, to ensure their comfort and convenience.
* Processing payments and managing financial accounts for customer transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely resolution of financial matters.
* Opening and maintaining customer accounts, providing product and service information, and retaining records of customer interactions and services provided.
* Resolving customer issues in an efficient and cordial manner, demonstrating a customer-first approach and a commitment to excellence.
* Anticipating customer needs to provide superior satisfaction, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
* Participating in safety programs and upholding a Safety-First culture, adhering to all relevant airport and company policies, laws, and regulations.

**Requirements**

* A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, with a valid driver's license.
