**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will:
* Engage with members to understand their health needs, concerns, and goals
* Review member claim history for accuracy and completeness
* Explain member rights and responsibilities, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their benefits and claims
* Build trusting relationships with members, providing empathetic and supportive care
* Perform financial data maintenance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and concerns
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center atmosphere
* Previous behavioral health experience is a plus, but not required
* Medical or insurance background is also a plus, but not required
* High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience working in a behavioral health setting
* Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance concepts
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
