With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we're committed to building a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of powersports loans. **Join our team at arenaflex and be part of a dynamic, remote-first company with over 550 employees and over 30 OEM and 4,000 dealer partners.** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our Roadrunner's Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. * Process phone payments and resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan. * Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve issues. * Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channel, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. * Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. * Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism. **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus. Preferably two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. Collection experience is a plus. * Minimum of 2 years related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to master the use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) – Training Provided. * Strong communication skills both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively through phone and online chat channels. Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus. * Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude, with the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability and a customer-centric approach. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.
