We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our team in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our Roadrunner's Servicing Center, you'll play a vital role in building a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of Powersports loans.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Process phone payments and communicate with customers regarding their powersports loan.
* Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve common customer concerns.
* Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channels, providing a seamless and efficient experience.
* Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities, upholding arenaflex's high standards of ethics and compliance.
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus.
* Preferably two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. Collection experience is a significant plus.
* Requires a minimum of 2 years related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems (LoanPro) – Training Provided.
* Strong communication skills both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively through phone and online chat channels. Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus.
* Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude, with the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability and empathy.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays. Honest with a strong work ethic, unscheduled absences are rare, and punctuality is essential.
