Our team of passionate and dedicated professionals is driven by a shared purpose: to deliver exceptional customer experiences that start with you. **Your Role** As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, connecting with customers in Spanish and English to provide top-notch service and sales support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and solutions to meet their personal needs. You'll also provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, and identifying additional needs customers may have to help them upgrade products or services. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and solutions to meet their personal needs * Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, including accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls to provide follow-up * Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, and select the best solution in an efficient manner * Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services * Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics **What You Bring to the Role:** * Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) * Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam * High-speed internet (25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload) * Minimum six (6) months sales experience, preferably B2B sales * Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy * Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, compassion, and listening skills * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this role is 100% remote **What You Can Expect:** * Supportive of your career and professional development * An inclusive culture and community-minded organization where giving back is encouraged * A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values * FREE licensing course (and you'll be paid for your time to boot) * All state licensing exam fees covered by arenaflex and yearly renewal of license provided by arenaflex as your employer * A base wage of $16/hr while studying for your state exam.
