**The Opportunity**
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative at careerzynith, you will have the unique opportunity to grow your career by connecting your customer service and sales aptitude to become a Spanish-English Bilingual Remote Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent. careerzynith will provide you with the training, support, and resources you need to succeed in this role, including a comprehensive licensing course, all state licensing exam fees, and continuing education credits.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs
* Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
* Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services
* Assisting customers with full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound calls
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
* High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
* Minimum six (6) months sales experience
* Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
* Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, compassion, and listening skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this role is 100% remote
