**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers via phone in Spanish and English. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English
* Delivering an exceptional support experience that meets or exceeds customer expectations
* Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers
* Providing a memorable and delightful experience for each customer interaction
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* **Fluent in Spanish and English**: While this role supports both languages, most calls are in English. You'll need to be fluent in both languages to succeed in this role.
* **High School Diploma or GED Equivalent**: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role.
* **18 Years of Age**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.
**Equipment and Internet Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following equipment and internet requirements:
* **Hardwired Internet Connection**: You'll need a hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) to ensure reliable and fast connectivity.
