**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using cutting-edge technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience
* Develop in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and solutions, enabling you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions with confidence
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
