**What You Will Do in This Role**
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:
* Provide customer support via inbound calls, guided by a call flow script in the customer's preferred language
* Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
* Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
* Maintain a deep understanding of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices; knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
* Offer additional products and/or services
* Deliver expert customer experiences... with a smile
**Your Qualifications**
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will bring value and success to every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative (Remote) role include:
* An associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or technical certification
* The ability to speak fluently in both French and English
* The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both French and English
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* A high school diploma or GED
* A quiet and distraction-free environment to work from home
* Rapid multitasking skills
* A desire to learn new technologies
* Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
* A desktop or laptop computer for PC and Internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the offered position, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed in more detail with a recruiter)
* High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
