**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and order fulfillment. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish and has a passion for delivering legendary service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure seamless order fulfillment
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
