**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lilburn, GA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in our products and solutions, becoming a trusted advisor to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
* Strong knowledge of careerzynith's products and services
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
