**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing orders and inquiries, and navigating our website and online ordering system. You'll work collaboratively with our team to deliver an outstanding experience that meets our customers' needs and exceeds their expectations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
* Develop product and solutions expertise to answer customer questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
