Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Handling 50+ calls per day via inbound calls or on an auto-dialer, providing accurate and satisfactory answers to customer queries and concerns * De-escalating situations, offering patient assistance and support, and resolving disputes in a professional and empathetic manner * Assisting patients by scheduling payment arrangements and providing guidance on account-related issues * Multi-tasking with the use of relative websites and our in-house system * Working flexible schedules, including weekends and late hours, in a fast-paced setting * Maintaining 100% attendance during the training period and adhering to our company's policies and procedures **Training Schedule:** Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role. The training schedule is as follows: * Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm * 100% attendance is mandatory during the training period **Work Shift:** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will work a combination of day and evening shifts, including: * 3 days: 9am – 5pm * 2 days: 12pm – 8pm **Essential Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) * 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center environment * Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple calls simultaneously * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Proficiency in using relative websites and in-house systems * Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and late hours * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience working in the healthcare industry or with government accounts * Familiarity with our in-house system and relative websites * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingualism in additional languages (e.g., English, Spanish, and another language) **Skills and Competencies:** To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously * Proficiency in using relative websites and in-house systems * Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and late hours * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
