+ Capturing and advising on plan elections
+ Conducting provider searches and enrolling dependents

* Manage a high volume of calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries
* Maintain detailed call logs, tracking client interactions and issues
* Participate in outreach campaigns, promoting arenaflex services and products to our clients
* Collaborate with account specialists to address pending eligibility issues and resolve complex client concerns
**Requirements:**
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English
* Basic understanding of employee benefits and related products/services
* Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
* Experience with office equipment and technologies
* Capability to manage high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively

**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a benefits or insurance-related field
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
