**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Spanish/English Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats. **Key Responsibilities**

* Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve issues efficiently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
* Stay up-to-date on careerzynith products and services to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* High school diploma or GED
* Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
* Eagerness to learn new technologies
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered)
* High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite)
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
