**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Suwanee, GA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and support
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services
* Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
* Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
