**The Role**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients across various industries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone
* Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns

The majority of work hours will be during weekdays and daytime, but you will have the autonomy to choose your own hours and work at your own pace. **Earnings and Revenue**
As a contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client and the type of work you perform. Rates range from $17 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics. * Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)

**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you will enter into a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
