**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our text-based helpline, providing empathetic and culturally sensitive support to individuals and families navigating food assistance programs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to inbound text messages and occasional phone calls from clients seeking assistance with food resources
* Listening attentively to clients' concerns and referring them to suitable food resources with warmth, clarity, and cultural humility

**What We're Looking For**

* **Location and Availability**: You must be located in Maryland, Texas, or Georgia and available to work during Eastern Time hours
**Schedule and Availability**
As a part-time remote employee, you'll be required to work 16-20 hours per week, with shifts falling between 9am-6pm ET. Primary coverage is needed on Tuesday-Thursday and weekends (Saturday + Sunday), with flexible scheduling to accommodate other weekdays as needed. You'll also be required to attend bi-weekly meetings on Fridays and participate in a weekly meeting on Wednesdays.
