**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients' customers via phone. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed expectations. If you're a customer service pro with a passion for languages and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, resolving customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize your language skills to communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that exceed expectations
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate and informed support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* Professional English proficiency, with Spanish as a second language
* Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
* Customer service-minded with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Good de-escalation skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
* Quiet place to receive phone calls and dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
* Quality headset and willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
* Previous phone experience preferred, but not required
