**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users through our online chat platform. You'll be fluent in English and bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese, with a strong passion for our mission and values. This is a remote contract role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.
**Responsibilities**
* Answer live chat messages and support the needs of our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
* Collect and relay customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
* Identify potential issues and coordinate appropriately with the Development team
* Support other Customer Support projects as necessary
* Manage inbound and outbound calls to users, handling phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
* Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues effectively

**What We're Looking For**
* **Passion**: We're looking for someone who's excited and passionate about our mission and values. If you're already a user of our app and care about what we do, we'd love to hear from you.
* **Experience**: We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support, with the ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English and ideally in Spanish or Portuguese using our chat feature.
* **Aptitude for Learning**: We'll provide you with the training you need to succeed, but we're looking for someone who's eager to learn and adapt to our user journey and feedback.
* **Technical Savviness**: While coding knowledge is not required, we're looking for someone who's technically savvy and able to support our users effectively.
**Requirements**
* Strong fluency in English and bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
* Familiarity with software such as Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk (a plus)
* Coding knowledge is a plus, but not required
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support
* Reliably strong internet connection (at least 10 MB/s)
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed
