As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding Customer Inquiries: You will respond to customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to address varying questions, issues, and concerns.

- Escalating and Transferring Calls: You will escalate, transfer, or complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more.

- Tracking Call-Related Information: You will track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

- Bilingual Spanish/English: You must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- High School Diploma or GED: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old.
- Customer Service Experience: You must have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Call Center Experience: While not required, 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
- Typing Skills: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Computer Skills: You must be comfortable using a desktop computer system and have experience with Windows operating systems.
- Communication Skills: You must have proven oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You must have logical problem-solving skills and be able to think critically.
