**Your Role at arenaflex**
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our team, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, concerns, and issues. Your responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with customers to understand their needs and concerns
* Calmly resolving and de-escalating issues, providing empathetic and personalized support
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments
* Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling when required
**Qualifications and Requirements**
We're seeking fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need:
* A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
* An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* A clean and quiet workspace
