As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and identifying fraudulent credit card activity. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding results, building your skills, and working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! **What Part Will You Play?** As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service/Fraud Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing merchants and cardholders of 5 or more assigned clients with standard/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues. * Assisting with the completion of lost/stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity. * Building credit card replacement orders and completing shipping materials. * Building knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research of department policies, procedures, external regulations, and analytic techniques, and the expertise of more experienced fraud analysts. **What Are We Looking For in This Role?** We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you have: * A High School Diploma or Equivalent * A minimum of 6 months of recent contact center and/or work from home contact center experience in the last 18 months * Bilingual Spanish language skills * The ability to work flexible schedules, including mid-shift to late shifts and weekends * A strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment **Preferred Qualifications** * One full year of recent contact center or work from home contact center experience * Banking, Fraud, and/or Collections experience **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, with a 20% language differential for Spanish calls, resulting in a total of $18.00 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision care, EAP programs, paid time off, recognition programs, retirement and investment options, charitable gift matching programs, and worldwide days of service * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment **What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?** * Skills/Knowledge: Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks. * Job Complexity: Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Has little or no role in the decision-making. * Supervision: Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments.
