**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include:
* **Fielding Customer Inquiries**: Respond to customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to address their questions, issues, and concerns.
* **Connecting with Customers**: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
* **Calmly Resolving Issues**: Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
* **Escalating Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
* **Responding to Requests**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
* **Tracking Call Information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* **Providing Feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues.
* **Meeting Sales Objectives**: Meet sales objectives as defined.
**Qualifications**

* **Bilingual Spanish/English**: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
* **Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.
* **Age**: You must be at least 18 years old.
* **Typing Speed**: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
* **High School Graduate or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Comfort with Desktop Computer System**: You must be comfortable using a desktop computer system.
* **Proven Communication Skills**: Proven oral and written communication skills are essential.
* **Call Center Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
* **Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: You must have logical problem-solving skills.
* **Availability**: You must be available to work various shifts.
* **Windows Operating System**: You must be able to use Windows operating systems.
* **Organization and Work Prioritization Skills**: You must have strong organization and work prioritization skills.
* **Sales Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of sales experience is required.
* **Independence**: You must be able to work independently.
* **Fast-Paced Environment**: You must be able to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
* **Composure and Objectivity**: You must be able to stay composed and objective.
* **Strong Listening Skills**: Strong listening skills are essential.
