**Responsibilities**
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients via phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers with questions related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs
* Providing expert support for QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
* Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
* Demonstrating strong ownership of customer issues and providing confident resolution
* Communicating with customers in a friendly tone and professional demeanor

**Skills and Qualifications**

* **Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software**
* **Bookkeeping/accounting expertise**, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and more
* **Customer service experience** and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone
* **Comfort with cross-selling relevant products** while addressing customer concerns
* **Strong ownership of customer issues** and the ability to provide confident resolution

* **Agree to a contractual relationship** as an independent contractor, with no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind
**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you'll remain in a contractual relationship with arenaflex for the duration of this program assignment. We'll provide you with a contract that outlines the terms and conditions of your engagement, including compensation, schedule, and responsibilities.
**Job Type**
This is a contract position, with a flexible schedule and competitive compensation package.
**Pay**
You'll earn between $15.30 and $20.40 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
