**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success by:
* Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring that they are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
* Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements, fostering effective collaboration and understanding among team members
* Creating test plans and test cases to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence
* Organizing and maintaining the team backlog, ensuring that our priorities are aligned with business objectives and goals

* Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
