* Researching and verifying the accuracy of external data sources
* Scrutinizing and designing data to convert into system-compatible formats
* Supporting Record Directors in meeting requests and requirements
* Utilizing Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage tasks
* Participating in special projects and data analysis requests
* Providing customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions or initiatives
* Developing presentations with data-driven insights into actionable recommendations for various levels of management
