**Job Summary**
As a Business Analytics Manager on our AppleCare team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts in driving business growth, improving customer experiences, and reducing costs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, develop data-driven solutions, and implement changes that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication will be essential in driving business decisions and informing strategic initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of analysts in driving business growth, improving customer experiences, and reducing costs
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges and opportunities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and develop recommendations for change
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to communicate key findings and recommendations
* Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions and drive innovation
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
* Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
* 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or related field
* Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer experiences, and reducing costs through data-driven decision making
* Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with SQL, Python, and other programming languages
* Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
