**Job Summary**
As a Business Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our business customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, utilizing various systems and tools to assist and service customers. You will be required to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our company's products, services, and promotions, as well as make system recommendations based on customers' equipment specifications.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer business customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services and products and report problem areas.
* Utilize various systems and tools to assist and service customers.
* Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
* Make system recommendations based on customers' equipment specifications in accordance with customer's needs.
* Determine customer billing issues and provide solutions based on customer inquiries.
* All other duties as assigned.
**Essential Qualifications and Requirements**
* High school Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
* At least 1+ year of related experience in a high-volume call center environment.
* Must be detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow procedures.
* Solid problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
* Proven ability to deescalate or persuade customers using exemplary Customer Service, Initiative, and Problem-Solving competencies.
**Preferred Qualifications and Requirements**
* Experience in a similar role at a fiber optic communication company.
* Knowledge of fiber optic technology and communication services.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
* Bilingual or multilingual skills.
