**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative/Sales Representative to join our high-volume customer service and sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls and emails, fielding customer questions and complaints, and booking all moves from our customers. **Responsibilities**
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls throughout your shift and providing exceptional customer service to our customers
* Booking moves through our computer system and ensuring that all customer information is accurately entered
* Identifying customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs, and providing sufficient answers and solutions to all customer queries
* Handling customer complaints respectfully and professionally, and following up with callers on complaint/question status to ensure resolution
* Redirecting customers to appropriate departments and teams when necessary
* Generating knowledgeable answers and providing the best packages for the jobs
* Ensuring that all voicemails are answered immediately and maintaining professional relationships with customers through ongoing excellent customer service
* Collaborating with other call center team members, sales team members, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
* Meeting or exceeding call quotas and sales assist quotas, both personally and as a team unit
* Following all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction
* Performing duties and responsibilities with our customers' satisfaction as your number one priority
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
* Customer service experience preferred, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Familiarity with moving companies a plus
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with a variety of people, both externally with customers and internally with company team members and other departments
* Strong phone skills, including diction and active listening
* Time management skills and the ability to multitask
* An outgoing, friendly, and compassionate personality
