Your key responsibilities will include: * Answering telephones and responding to customer questions and/or forwarding calls to appropriate personnel * Recording calls on account history records with results of the inquiry and initiating required confirmations without direct supervision * Researching customer inquiries and responding to appropriate parties in a timely manner * Processing calls timely, accurately, and with quality to ensure service levels are met or exceeded * Interfacing with team members, management, customers, and clients in reference to customer service issues * Ensuring inquiries and issues are researched and in compliance with state-identified policies, procedures, and criteria * Reviewing and recommending modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Two or more years of customer service or telephone experience * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills * Ability to work independently and with accountability for self-time management * Ability to follow oral and written directions **What You Can Expect in This Role** * Video cameras will be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation * Full-time (40 hours a week) with the possibility of shift work * Some overtime may be required * Most benefits start on the first day of employment * Remote work from home with a minimum broadband internet connection speed of 24MBS download and 8MBS upload * To test your internet download and upload speed, please visit Google and search for Internet Speed Test or click here **Compensation and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $29,100 - $41,600 per year, with the base pay offered varying depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
