Our mission is to make a difference in the lives of our customers and patients by providing an extensive range of healthcare and retail services, including those that drive access to care for the country's most vulnerable populations. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers, while also handling data entry and other administrative tasks. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process prescriptions, and provide support to our pharmacists and other healthcare professionals. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers via phone, email, and chat * Handle data entry and administrative tasks, including processing prescriptions and updating patient records * Work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide support to our pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, including answering questions and providing information on medications and healthcare services * Utilize arenaflex's pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and update patient records * Investigate and resolve missing prescription data, and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes) * Settle all data entry-related exceptions and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner * Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages * Settle outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis * Settle on phone decisions to safety net providers and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Oddballs * Provide support to our pharmacists, both in-office and remotely * Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online * Essential web browsing skills, including: + Opening a browser + Writing URLs in the correct location + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online * Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 25 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing files * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally * 18 years or older **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction * Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing files * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour * Opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home * Comprehensive training program to ensure your success in the role * Ongoing support and feedback from our team * Career growth opportunities and learning benefits * Work environment and company culture highlights at arenaflex * Compensation, perks, and benefits, including: + Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) plan with company match + Paid time off and holidays + Flexible scheduling and remote work options + Professional development opportunities and training programs **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
