**Job Summary**
As a remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and patient enrollment services to our patients and clients. You will work under direct supervision, following established guidelines and procedures to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
* Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing.
* Investigating to obtain missing pharmacy data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving all information entry-related exceptions.
* Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolving outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed.
* Resolving external exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
* Making phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve external exceptions.
* Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and in-remote locations, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as needed.

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
* Basic computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online).
* Basic web search skills (e.g., open a program, type in URLs in the address bar, use a search engine, bookmark a website, navigate using back/forward/stop buttons, and complete forms online).
* Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
* 18 years old or older.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
* Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
* Familiarity with Spanish and English.
