**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing arenaflex's solution information systems and following established guidelines and procedures.
* Handling patient medicine requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for processing.
* Investigating missing pharmacy data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
* Resolving data entry-related issues and special cases.
* Handling correspondence with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolving outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed.
* Settling on phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or resolve issues.
* Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as needed.
* Acquiring a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintaining a current pharmacist license or certification.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Basic computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer.
+ Using a mouse to point and click.
+ Starting and closing programs.
+ Switching between programs.
+ Saving files.
+ Printing reports.
+ Accessing data online.
* Basic web search skills, including:
+ Opening a program.
+ Composing URLs in the address bar.
+ Using a web search engine.
+ Bookmarking a website.
+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons.
+ Completing online forms.
* Middle-level keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 25 words per minute.
+ Typing by memory.
+ Organizing reports.
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
* 18 years or older.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
* At least one and a half years of pharmacy experience with a state license or certification by the State Board of Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
* Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 35 words per minute.
+ Typing by memory.
+ Designing reports.
* Familiarity with Spanish and English.
