As a Caregiver Lead, you'll have the opportunity to make a profound impact in the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live independently and with dignity. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Caregiver Lead, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our clients in their homes, providing personal companionship, and assisting with personal care activities. Your key responsibilities will include: * Delivering exceptional care to clients in their homes in a safe and professional manner * Providing personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their families * Assisting with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation * Completing administrative functions, such as documenting completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior **Benefits:** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits that support your career growth and well-being.
