**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Caregiver Lead, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our clients in their homes, providing personal companionship, and assisting with personal care activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional care to clients in their homes in a safe and professional manner
* Providing personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their families
* Assisting with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
* Completing administrative functions, such as documenting completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior

**Essential Qualifications:**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field
* Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
* Certification in caregiving or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience with electronic medical records and documentation
