**Job Description:**
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for maintaining a positive and respectful online environment within our official Discord server. This part-time, remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values equality, diversity, and inclusion. Your primary duties will include:
* Moderating the chat to ensure users adhere to our community guidelines and rules
* Deleting messages that violate our community standards
* Banning users who repeatedly break our rules
* Muting users who have violated our community guidelines
* Investigating reports from users regarding potential rule violations
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies
* Providing excellent customer service and support to users
**Pay and Benefits:**
As a valued member of our team, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $12.50 per hour. Our pay cycle is weekly, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday. **Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Be at least 18 years old
* Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be able to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Have a strong understanding of community management principles and practices
* Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous experience as a chat moderator or community manager
* Familiarity with Discord and its features
* Knowledge of community management software and tools
