**Job Description:**
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and adhere to our community guidelines
* Deleting messages that violate our rules, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech and harassment
+ Spam and self-promotion
+ Inflammatory or divisive content
* Banning users who repeatedly violate our rules, after a thorough investigation and warning process
* Muting users who have violated our rules, to prevent further disruption
* Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking swift and fair action when necessary
* Collaborating with our community team to develop and implement effective moderation strategies
* Providing excellent customer service and support to our community members, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
**Pay and Benefits:**
* Hourly rate: $12.50 per hour
* Pay cycle: Weekly, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday

**Qualifications:**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in community management, moderation, or customer service
* Familiarity with arenaflex's mission and values
* Strong knowledge of online safety and security best practices
* Experience with social media management and content creation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
