**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably
* Turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue
* Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective chat strategies
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including chat volume, response time, and customer satisfaction
**Requirements:**
* Must live within the state of Kansas
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
* Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
* Gaming experience is preferred
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, etc.) preferred
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
* Familiarity with chat software and online platforms
* Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
