**Job Summary**
We're seeking highly motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Chat Operators. In this role, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. **Key Responsibilities**
* Engage in online conversations with customers via live chat, representing arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize your gaming experience to create a memorable and engaging experience for customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
* Collaborate with the team to share best practices, provide feedback, and continuously improve processes
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's solutions
**Requirements**
* Must live within the state of Pennsylvania
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
* Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
* Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
* Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, or business) is a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
* Strong typing skills, with the ability to meet or exceed performance metrics
* Familiarity with gaming platforms and online communities is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
* Familiarity with arenaflex's solutions and the automotive industry
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
* Experience with CRM software and other customer engagement tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field is a plus
