As a remote worker, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional support and turning interactions into leads that drive revenue for our clients. If you're a gaming enthusiast with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Engage in online conversations with customers via live chat, email, and phone * Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner * Use your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers, turning interactions into leads that drive revenue for our clients * Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Requirements** * Must live within the state of Oklahoma * Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse * Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher) * Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position) * Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred, but not required **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or business) preferred * 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, including chat support, customer service, or sales * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the automotive industry or a related field * Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer engagement and support * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Experience with live chat software and CRM systems **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus * Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 35 WPM * Gaming experience and knowledge of online gaming communities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
