**Responsibilities**
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
**Key Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus).
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred.
* A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a reliable computer or laptop, webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong gaming experience, with the ability to multitask and think critically.
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
**Requirements**
* Must live within the state of Texas.
* Must be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
* Must have a reliable computer or laptop, webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
